SHIPPING POLICY

- All of our stock is located in the US Fulfillment Centers. There will be no international shipping!
- Orders may be delivered by Amazon Delivery Services, depending on your location.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free standard shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery times are 1–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship to international destinations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and your building management
- Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early
- Contact us at support@5102labs.com if the issue persists
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us at support@5102labs.com immediately — we can only make changes before the order has been fulfilled.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items will ship once they become available. You will be notified of the estimated ship date at the time of purchase. Pre-orders are charged at the time of order or at fulfillment, as indicated at checkout. See our Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling pre-orders.
