My first impression pulling these out of the jar was how generously saturated each pad is. A lot of toner pads on the market feel dry after a few swipes, but these stayed soaked through multiple passes across my face and neck, which tells me the formula to pad ratio was actually thought through.The texture is where these pads shine. One side has a slightly ridged, exfoliating surface that gently sloughs away dead skin and buildup without any harsh scratchiness, while the smoother side works well for a second pass or for more sensitive areas. Combining AHA and BHA in one formula gives a nice dual action exfoliation, hitting both the surface and inside the pores, and I noticed my texture looking smoother and my pores appearing more refined within the first week of consistent use.What impressed me most is that this didn't tip into irritation territory the way some multi acid formulas can. The niacinamide and hyaluronic acid clearly do their job balancing out the exfoliating acids, leaving skin feeling hydrated and calm rather than tight or stripped. I incorporated these into my nightly routine after cleansing and before serums, and my skin barrier never felt compromised even with regular use.The brightening effect is subtle but real. My overall tone looks more even, and any dullness I had going into this has noticeably lifted. For anyone building out a skin cycling routine or simply wanting an effective yet gentle exfoliating step, these pads deliver real results without the harshness.

I like the feel of these toner pads. They are convenient and easy to use. Each pad is well saturated with product. It comes with plastic tweezers, but I didn’t find them useful in grabbing the pads. The container has a tight seal to keep the product hydrated. I’m in my 50s, already well exfoliated and don’t have large pores. So, although these toner pads felt nice and left the skin hydrated, I didn’t see any real improvement to my skin. It takes a minute for the product to absorb. It did not cause any problems for my sensitive skin. What I can’t get past is the price -$40 for a month’s supply?! This is toner for heaven’s sake, not a miracle wrinkle remover. If this were in the $15-$20 range, I could see it being a convenient addition to a skin care regimen.

Perhaps not obvious at first, the pads are two-sided: one side textured for gentle exfoliating and the other side smooth for moisurizingThe container includes a small plastic tweezer-like device for removing pads from the container. I find this difficult to use, but it's very easy to pull a pad out of the container without the device.

I use whatever I can to keep my skin looking fresh, glowing and well hydrated. These are Korean toner pads that have two sides, One bumpy side and one smooth side, the rough side is very useful in exfoliating and cleaning pores, the smooth side hydrates and calms the skin. The pads came in a red well sealed plastic tub with a lid that flips open and closes tight to seal again, on the inside of the lid there is a pair of plastic tweezers included to take one pad at a time out of the tub. These toner pads are in a heart shape and are pink in color, they have no scent at all. I am amazed that not only are these to exfoliate and moisturize, but can also be used as a mask, under the eyes, on the forehead, neck or wherever in the face you might need moisture or calming redness. I used these a couple times now and have only good things to say, My skin feels smooth, looks clean, and has a glow to it that makes me look young again. I did not feel any tightness, stickiness, or oiliness after use, the moisture from the pads absorbed fast and left no residue, only great feeling skin. These pads are a bit on the steep side for a toner.

These pore refining pads by Apparent are AWESOME! First of all, the packaging is very appealing. The box has a tear strip and the top of the jar has a cool pull tab to access the toner pads. I love that I had no question about whether this was an unused product! The pads are heart shaped which is very cute but also functional. Those smaller areas of the heart shape perfectly fit into every crevice of my face. I am very happy that one pad fully covered my face and neck and I didn’t feel like I needed a second one for full coverage. I have super sensitive skin but I haven’t experienced any adverse reaction by using this. In fact, my face has looked so radiant and glowing since using it and it feels so clean! The pamphlet that comes with the pads is very informative and I really appreciate having a list of the key ingredients and what benefits they have for my skin. I am definitely going to be checking out the other products by this Korean beauty brand. Very highly recommended!

So far I like the pore refining toner pads a lot! They definitely are exfoliating, but they don’t irritate my face at all. I have a lot of experience with various brands of this type of toning pad, and I’ve purchased the most expensive down to the drug store brands. This is an excellent version at a great price point! They’re effective, and I like the container a lot. They’re easy to use, and i appreciate that they don’t have a noticeable fragrance or smell. I would absolutely recommend these toning pads!

I have been using these for about a week, not on my face, but on my arms. I have keratosis pilaris, otherwise known as"chicken skin" or "strawberry skin" on my arms. Rubbing one of these all over my arms in the problem areas, combined with moisturizing my skin, has really helped the KP issues I have. I can't wait to see how much better it gets by the time they're all gone. The skin is definitely smoother than it was a week ago. They don't make my arms feel dry, nor do they have an unpleasant smell. The only thing I find odd is that they are heart shaped. It's an awkward shape to try to hold onto for whatever reason.

I keep my skin care routine fairly low key. When offered, I decided to try these exfoliating, refining, hydrating pads. The pads are attractively packaged, very well sealed, and have a pink tweezer to use to easily remove one pad at a time. One side is a waffle weave texture for exfoliation while the other is smooth for toning and hydrating. The pads are not drippy but there is plenty of toner solution so I don't think the pads will dry out as they are used. There is no fragrance (which I prefer) and my sensitive skin had no negative reactions. This is an upgrade from my usual skin care regime and it is a bit pricier. I'm pleased with how my skin looks but larger pores are not noticeably tighter. It's a quality product so the buyer needs to decide on the pricing for themselves.

I am an older guy and I'm always looking for a better way to calm my skin after shaving. I also have large pores and so far, nothing I've tried has really reduced them. I've tried expensive department-store brand toners and popular drugstore-brand toners, and I always come back to witch hazel for my post shave routine. It does an OK job of calming my skin and does catch any leftover shaving prep and gets it off my face. I saw these pads and the AHA/BHA, and the panthenol and allentoin looked like they would calm my face and reduce my pores, so I gave them a try.I used the pads for five days in a row after shaving. I do not apply any moisturizer or aftershave as I'm trying to keep my skin clean. I used the rough side all over my face, neck, and nose, and then used the smooth side on my forehead and cheeks. The pads come in a jar with an airtight, pop-top lid, so there's no chance the product will dry out after opening. There is a generous amount of solution to keep the pads moist, and there are tweezers to grab a single pad at a time, which is very convenient. I did not have any adverse effects, such as burning or a rash, and the product doesn't have a discernable odor, so it doesn't clash with my cologne.How did the product stack up to my regular routine? I did not notice any pore size reduction at all. I also did not see any residual shaving prep on the pads like I normally see, so I question how much cleansing effect I am getting from the pads. The pads did have a cooling and soothing effect, so I feel as though they did help calm my post-shave skin.Bottom line - you should try the product yourself to see if you have a positive experience. For me, the cost at the time of this review is ten times what I use for my normal routine and I'm not getting the same results, so I will go back to my normal routine.

These are wonderful! Throw them in the fridge for a nice cooling factor. I'm not sure if you should actually do that. I probably should've checked the label first. But I did it and nothing bad has happened yet. I quite enjoy the coolness on my face. Anywho, I highly recommend. I love that they come with tweezers to get them out instead of the silly spoon thing.

I have never heard of this brand before but I'm in love with these toner pads! First of all I'm a sucker for packaging, these come in the cutest hot pink tubs, looks so girly sitting out on my makeup trey.Inside the box was a pamphlet describing the company and an ingredient list which they so graciously bolded ingredients that people may be allergic to, I thought that was a really thoughtful. The way these are shaped it reminds me of one of those under eye masks. I actually have huge pores under my eye area so i placed a toner pad on each side using the smoother side and just left it there for a few mins. I then used the rough side to go over my entire face. There was enough essence to spread around so it did not dry out by leaving it under my eyes for a few mins.I want to try everything from this brand honestly, and once I run out of these toner pads I will definitely repurchase.
